3 Bedroom Condo in Kingsmill, Williamsburg

Luxurious furnished 3 bedroom condo with 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, washer/dryer very comfortable on a quiet street overlooking the 8th green on the Kingsmill Championship Golf Course on one side, and unlit tennis courts on the other. Our unit is on the tennis court side. Included are playgrounds for young children, walking/jogging/biking trails throughout the development, tennis courts, and picturesque views of the golf course and the James River. The Kingsmill Resort is right next door to Busch Gardens, and just minutes from Water Country USA, Colonial Williamsburg and the Settlement at Jamestown. A wonderful venue for a fun filled family vacation inside a safe, gated, golf course community. Please check our reviews to get an idea of where you will be staying should you choose our property!
Our kitchen is very well outfitted, so if you have a large group you can plan on cooking in a few nights and saving some money on food... and if there's something you need that we've not provided, give us a call and we'll do our best to bring it to you, fair enough?.... thank you so much for your interest, we do hope to hear from you!

Everything at Kingsmill Resort is owned by the Resort, except for the condominiums. This is why we are able to rent our space to you for, typically about1/2 the cost you would pay had you rented through the Resort. Since the Resort owns everything else, we used to be able to provide our guests with Resort Amenities passes for a fee. However recently we have been advised that we will be unable to acquire these passes. We have no idea when we will be able to purchase these for our guests again.
But if you are looking for a comfortable place in a beautiful, gated, upscale setting, close to all the area attractions, then our condo is your perfect spot! Please check our reviews! We thank you for your consideration... We do hope to see you soon!!

Summary: The property was as advertised and had everything we needed for our family get-away. It should be noted that even though we stayed on the Kingsmill property, we were not able to make tee times and play golf which we've been able to do in the past. Guessing the policy has changed if you do not book through the resort. No problem though as there are planty of golf courses around and we had not trouble getting a tee time at a very nice course. the location we had was also very nice and convenient. Would defintiely stay here again!

Summary: Wonderful get away with our 2 kids and their partners. It was perfect and allowed everyone to enjoy the magic of Williamsburg! We all had plenty of privacy and space and the apartment was super well stocked with everything that we could want or need. Location was easy to get around and the place was super clean. Will certainly want to come back in the future.

Summary: Two friends and I spent two nights in Williamsburg to shop for the holidays and attend the grand illumination in Colonial Williamsburg, including the fireworks after sunset. Kingsmill is just a short drive from the Market Square where we shopped and ate dinner, and we enjoyed two nights at the condominium with fires in the fireplace, breakfasts cooked in the well-appointed kitchen, games at night, and brisk walks to the marina as the sun rose. And we slept so soundly there! The beds and bedding were super comfy and the entire place is immaculate. The host was very helpful and easy to work with. This place is a gem.

Summary: Our Memorial Day Weekend getaway with family and close friends was a delightful experience, highlighted by the exceptional quality of the property we reserved through Vrbo. The listing accurately represented the accommodations: spacious and very clean living room, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Additionally, the kitchen comfortably accommodated 2-3 people at a time. One of our favorite features was the convenient access to nearby parks and shopping centers. Our entire party thoroughly enjoyed their stay and we are certain we will choose this location again in the future. Furthermore, it is worth noting that our hosts were exceedingly kind and hospitable throughout our visit.
